One of the best Indian restaurant we found in Saskatoon. We've seen the business lunch special on their menu and thought we'd give it a try since it is priced at only $13.99, which seem like a good deal.
What we ordered:
Samosa Chana Chaat $10.99
Chopped up samosa topped with yogurt, mint chutney & tamarind chutney. Looks messy but taste amazing. The sauce was sweet and sour, served well as an appetizer. The dish had chickpeas and 2 pieces of samosa with potato fillings.
Chicken Special (Business Lunch Special) $13.99
Comes with a chicken special of the day (Chicken Curry), vegetable pakora, rice and a naan bread. The Curry Chicken was five chunks of boneless chicken cooked in a classic onion and tomato based curry sauce.
This is the vegetable pakora that comes with the business lunch special. The sauce is the same as the Samosa Chana Chaat.
Also pictured is the Mango Lassi $4.99. It was smooth and creamy, just the way we like it.
Service was prompt and waiter was courteous.
